Flying

Lane got to fly the plane most of the way to minneapolis!

Airplanes

Lane is off to minneapolis with dad today. We are about to get on our plane. We will post during our trip what we are up to. Big party tomorrow!

Just my size

Lane found an awesome playground with slides & blocks & tunnels just his size. They also have chocolate milk to drink. It is a coffe shop near us called jungle java. He had fun but it is sort of expensive.

Bummer

Well all the excitement over my ridealong is over. In 8 hours they didn't have a single call. I did get to sit in the helicoptor but no flying. I am going back to try again in May.

New look

Lane and I both got new haircuts today. He called it a 'hair clean-up' He is ready for the party on Saturday!

Medflight Ride-Along

Seth is going to ride along with Midwest Medflight on Wednesday. It is an 8 hour shift from 7 am until 3 pm. Medflight is an aeromedical helicopter running out of St. Joe's Hospital in Ypsilanti, MI. Back home

We r back from the cabin. Early morning left at 5 and lane wore his pj's all the way home. We had a great time.

Calling papa

Lane got a new lion phone today att the store. First thing he said was 'call papa' the phone roars and counts in english & french! More updates from up north coming soon...

Long Day!

Lane had a long day at school today. They did all kinds of activities and had a great lunch. Emily's favorite for lunch: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. YUM! He did some art, played basketball, and took a short nap. Lane really enjoys going to school. His teacher's name is Maria and he has several friends in his class. The school is really great and they are very flexible with our schedule. Lane goes one day a week a different day each week. They have a chef, a nice gym, and even a huge salt-water fish tank. He was exhausted after we got home and was in bed by 6:15!
